What I do
Hello, I'm Ian. I help product teams identify the right problems, design effective solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes—combining strategic product thinking with hands-on execution.

My work spans end-to-end acquisition journeys, scalable design systems, B2B SaaS platforms, and multi-market research programmes. I partner closely with Product and Engineering to challenge assumptions, shape roadmaps, and turn research insights into decisions that move products forward.

In 2025, I developed an AI-assisted product design process focused on accelerating research, ideation, and delivery without compromising product thinking.
